Oil 2 tsp
Channa dhal 1tsp
Ground nuts 10
Mustard 1tsp
Urud dhal 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Asofoetida 1tsp
Grated mango 1 cup
Curry leaves 7-10 leaves
2cup boiled rice
Directions
Add 2tsp of oil on a pan
Add channa dhal , Mustard seeds, urud dhal, asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves, grated mango and saute it well
Now add 2 cups of boiled rice to it and saute well for 5-10 mins
