Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tsp


  • Channa dhal 1tsp


  • Ground nuts 10


  • Mustard 1tsp


  • Urud dhal 1tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1tsp


  • Asofoetida 1tsp


  • Grated mango 1 cup


  • Curry leaves 7-10 leaves


  • 2cup boiled rice

Directions

  • Add 2tsp of oil on a pan
  • Add channa dhal , Mustard seeds, urud dhal, asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves, grated mango and saute it well
  • Now add 2 cups of boiled rice to it and saute well for 5-10 mins
